Sanctioning a Tournament

This page provides information to minor hockey associations that wish to host a hockey tournament.

Steps

  • You must fill in the Tournament Sanction Form below and have it approved by the District Chair
  • The completed form must then be emailed back to the HEO office for completion of the sanctioning process. Email bhyson@hockeyeasternontario
  • Once your tournament has been approved/sanctioned, you will receive an email with the approved sanction form attached
