2025 World Junior Championship - Hockey Canada / IIHF Coaching Clinic

Hockey Canada in collaboration with Hockey Eastern Ontario and the IIHF are pleased to offer a unique opportunity for coaches to attend an exclusive in-person coaching clinic December 28th and 29th as part of the 2025 World Junior Championship Tournament held in Ottawa December 26 – January 5.
This clinic is designed to provide insight into international development models, team culture and player development trends. There will also be a "Hot Stove Panel" session with members of the 2025 Team Canada World Junior management staff.
Presenters will include:
Petr Briza – IIHF
Dr. Gordon Bloom – McGill University - Team Culture
Kimmo Oikinarin – Finnish Ice Hockey Federation – The Lion Road
Daniel Tkaczuk – Former World Jr / NHL Player – Scoring
Bob Mancini – USA Hockey – US Development
Dean Seymour / Corey McNabb – Hockey Canada
Scott Walker / Brent Seabrook / Pete Anholt – Team Canada World Junior Team Leadership Group
The clinic will be held at the Brookstreet Hotel (Shakers Room) – 525 Legget Drive, Kanata, ON. It will run from 12:00pm-4:30pm on both December 28 and 29.
Cost to register for this clinic is $99.00 including tax.
Clinic registration includes:
- All clinic classroom presentations
- Lunch and refreshments on both Dec 28 and 29
- One ticket to the Team Canada vs Team Germany game December 29 at 7:30pm at Canadian Tire Centre
