Self Report Certification Points


The CAC and Hockey Canada allow coaches to self report professional development. These self reported development items can help earn certified coaches maintenance points.

POE Coaching Staffs

2018 U16 Coaches

Darcy Findlay (Head Coach) - Is in his fourth season with the Nepean Raiders (CCHL) and second as Head Coach. Findlay, a graduate of NCAA Division 1 Bemidji State also coached with both the Smiths Falls Bears and the Kanata Lasers. Before attending Bemidji State, Findlay captained the Cornwall Colts to a berth in the RBC National Jr A Championship.

Al Raymond (Assistant Coach) - Al currently works as a AAA Midget and Varsity Head Coach with CIH Academy. He also assists, during the summer, with International hockey programs as well. Prior to this, he worked with the Hull Olympiques and the Team Quebec U-17 Program which finished 4th at the 2001 World Championships. Al also spent time as the Hockey Director and Head Coach of a successful Major Midget organization in Chicago. Alain’s playing career has taken him from the CJHL and OHL where he was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in 1982 to a lengthy career in Europe where he earned accolades such as capturing a World Championship for the Dutch National Team in 1999

Jordan Johnson (Head Coach) - Jordan is in his 8th seaon of coaching AAA hockey in HEO and is currently the Head Coach of the Eastern Ontario Wild Major Bantam AAA team. Jordan has worked in the HEO Program of Excellence as an on ice instructor in the U13 program.
